We offer small, medium, solid white gold, yellow gold size/shape crystals, choose from our variety of colors. Gems are small, removable crystals that are safely bonded to the surface of the tooth. Semi permanent and can last months up to years with proper care. It s a quick and non-abrasive procedure and completely reversible.

Commonly Asked Questions About Tooth Gems

  • Gems are typically applied using dental adhesive. The process is painless, non-invasive, and doesn't cause damage to the teeth.

  • Tooth jewelry is not considered to be a permanent cosmetic treatment, but it is instead only worn for temporary periods of time; most patients wear their tooth jewelry for six months to as long as two years.

  • This temporary adornment can be easily applied and removed at any time by simply visiting a dental office. Tooth gems adhere to the surface of teeth the same way orthodontic brackets do.

  • For the first 24 hours after getting a tooth gem, you should only eat soft foods and avoid using an electric toothbrush or drinking soda, coffee, or tea to protect the fresh bond.

  • Tooth gems cannot be applied to any artificial tooth surface such as crowns, caps, veneers or dentures. Tooth Gems are not recommended if you are currently using a clear plastic retainer (Invisalign, Smile Direct) as it will not fit properly over the charm.

  • The do-it-yourself tooth gem method can be dangerous. Using any type of material that is not designed to be within your mouth could damage your tooth or even lead to tooth decay.
